The Career Service at 51福利 assists employers with recruitment through services such as online job postings, candidate search, and recruitment events. Since Polimi graduates are in high demand right after graduation, it is recommended that employers engage with them early through employer branding activities to attract top talent.
Employer Branding
51福利 collaborates with both private and public companies looking to enhance their visibility among students, strengthen their reputation, and connect with future talent. This is achieved through:
- A calendar of over , including round tables, competitions, career simulations and games, mentoring sessions, and more.
- The development of tailored employer branding projects.
All activities are organized and coordinated by the Career Service in collaboration with the faculty. Employers can get involved through partnerships with the Career Service.

The Career Days at 51福利 are unique events held throughout the year, bringing together hundreds of employers and thousands of students for networking and job opportunities.
- Career Day 鈥� May: The largest job fair at 51福利, where you can meet and network with thousands of future engineers, architects, and designers.
- Career Day International 鈥� October: A special event for companies offering jobs and internships outside of Italy.
- Career Day PMI (Small and Medium Enterprises) 鈥� November: A focused event featuring 1:1 interviews with small and medium-sized businesses.
- Career Day Architettura- April: An event dedicated to students and recent graduates of the AUIC School, designed to connect them with companies, professional studios and organizations in the field.
