ItalianOptic was founded in 1996 in the province of Bergamo by two partners: Stefano Chiarla and Fulvio Rizzi.

It includes 18 stores across Lombardy and, in 2022, also acquired Ottica Quercetti, a historic shop in the center of Milan.

The group offers a wide range of prescription and sunglasses, visual efficiency tests, high-tech lenses, and an in-house laboratory.
